Hamid has over 25 years experience planning, directing, implementing and managing environmental programs in the District of Columbia, including surrounding jurisdictions.He has broad knowledge of administrative, fiscal, and management processes of the District of Columbia Government. Karimi has knowledge of federal and local government environmental regulatory and grant programs. He has extensive experience in negotiating complex partnerships with local, regional and federal agencies and management of water and air quality regulatory programs, especially across jurisdictions and state lines. Hamid is a frequent representative on local, regional and national environmental organizations. He is also a project manager of large-scale stream and wetland restoration projects.
