Dr. Kathy Gee is an expert in stormwater management and rainwater harvesting, holding B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and NC State University. After a successful academic career at Longwood University, where she became an Associate Professor, Dr. Gee transitioned to the private sector. She joined OptiRTC in 2024, and now serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Alliances. In this role, she leads regulatory compliance, forges strategic partnerships, and directs marketing to drive business growth.
