Runge
Michael C. Runge is a senior scientist and research ecologist at the U.S. Geological Survey’s Eastern Ecological Science Center at the Patuxent Research Refuge. He earned a Ph.D. in wildlife science in 1999 from Cornell University. His research focuses on the use of decision theory, quantitative analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization to inform wildlife, natural resource, and public health management.
