Governing Documents

As an advisory committee to the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP), STAC operates under a set of bylaws and operational guidelines to ensure consistent and relevant feedback on CBP activities. Additionally, STAC has activity protocols for workshops, reviews, and publications. The Committee occasionally reviews these documents to ensure they reflect and support certain institutional changes within the CBP’s structure. Bylaws

STAC’s Bylaws govern the how the Committee is structured and how it functions as a CBP advisory committee.

Operational Guidelines

STAC activities are governed by a set of operational guidelines and protocols. These guidelines and protocols describe how STAC provides robust, scientific and technical information to the CBP through its workshops, reviews, and publications.
